Who are your typical clients?

What services do you provide?

We provide property management advisory, operational consulting, and facilities coordination services for homeowners and small property owners. Our work focuses on helping owners understand their responsibilities, set up effective systems, oversee maintenance and vendors, and operate their properties efficiently and compliantly.

Do you help find tenants or negotiate leases?

We do not engage in tenant solicitation, marketing, or lease negotiation. Owners may work with a licensed real estate broker of their choosing for those services. We can, however, help owners understand the process, prepare their property operationally, and coordinate next steps once a tenant is in place.

How do you charge for your services?

We work on a consulting or management advisory fee basis, not commissions. Fees are typically flat-rate, monthly, or project-based, depending on the scope of services. We do not receive compensation tied to leasing or sales activity.
